To my surprise the succulents are actually glued in place! I was shocked😳. I had this whole idea of carving out the topof the pumpkin and scooping out the seeds. (Which I did before reading the directions. )And filling up the pumpkin with dirt to plant the succulents. It turns out they last much longer without carving into them. Spray your succulents with water lightly twice a week.
This is the first year I’ve actually made these, but from what I’ve read and from what I’ve seen in the garden, these little cuttings will sprout roots so you’ll be able to removed them once the pumpkin spoils. You can plant the succulents in soil and enjoy them throughout the year.Also if you don’t want to keep the succulents you can also give them away or return them to me!
